Tasks
A task describes an activity or a duty in the DX organization and is assigned to persons, groups, posts and roles. These agents are held accountable for performing the task.
Add tasks
Tasks are specified in the subpanel of an organization or responsible agent (person, group, post or role).

A new task is added by clicking the tab "Tasks" and the icon "+" (or by selecting "Add Task..." in the menu).

It is mandatory to assign a label to the task. In addition, a title and a description can be specified. It is possible to define which persons, groups, posts und roles are responsible for performing the task.
If the dialog was opened for a specific person, group, post or role, the respective agent will automatically be assigned to the task.
Clicking "Add" creates the task.
Tasks can also be created by duplicating other tasks.
Edit tasks
A task is edited in the main panel of the task, by clicking the edit icon (or by selecting "Edit Task" in the menu).

The edit mode allows the modification of all standard input fields. Additional, customer-specific fields can be added using annotations and will then also appear in the edit mode.

The icons in the lower left corner of the edit view allow further settings to be made:
- Clicking
marks the element as favorite.
- Clicking
marks the element as locked.
- Clicking
marks the element as read-only.
Clicking "Save" applies the changes.
A task can be deleted in the main panel of the task, by selecting "Delete Task" in the menu.
